The Podcast Planner Template is designed to streamline your entire podcast production process, from brainstorming episode ideas to scheduling and promoting published episodes. It includes sections for episode topics, guest details, recording dates, show notes, social media assets, and a built-in content calendar, ensuring you never miss a step.

No, Airtable does not have an internal scheduler feature. Instead, the toolkit provides a Zapier template so you can use an external calendar app like TidyCal, Acuity, or Calendly to import the day + time of an interview once it is scheduled. NOTE: CRM schedulers like Dubsado and Honeybook do not have a Zapier trigger for an appointment scheduled at this time.

There are two ways to communicate with team members from this hub.  Using the Gmail feature in the Airtable Automations, you can trigger an email to be sent using a simple Gmail connection for a number of triggers. You can also tag and leave comments on individual records for team members.

Absolutely!  The walkthrough video shows the entire Podcast Pipeline and there are several videos to explain how to customize the hub or make modifications to the included Airtable Automations.
