Honestly, I have toolkits inside the DIY Systems Shop that will help you create a client experience from scratch inside a CRM. This client experience audit is best suited for those that are already managing their clients inside a CRM.

What if I don't have a CRM?

This offer is best suited for those that currently use Dubsado, Honeybook, or 17hats. While I can audit the client experience in other CRMs, my recommendations for automation + optimization would be limited.

In short, no.  This is an audit that will come with a list of my recommendations. If you would like to hire me to implement the recommendations, you will have the opportunity to discuss this once the report has been delivered.

Will you be fixing things inside my CRM?

If you've got years of email templates and forms that aren't currently being used, that wouldn't be an efficient use of my time or yours. I will be focusing on overall impressions for your current assets using an 85-point audit rubric, but I will be taking a closer look at any assets currently used in your main offer customer journey.

Will you be looking at every single email + form?

If you are considering making a CRM change, I would not recommend a client experience audit at this time. The available features vary between CRMs, so any advice I gave specific to workflow actions + triggers might not apply inside your new CRM. Instead, book a sales call so we can discuss your CRM options to find the best fit for your business.
