Create total visibility over your leads, sales, and client connectionsโall in one centralized place.
Early in my business, I saw the value in tracking the customer journey from discovery to purchase, but the information was scattered across multiple apps. I had no easy way to answer simple questions like, "Where did this customer come from?" or "Did they download a specific freebie or attend a webinar before buying?" My CRM showed half the picture, and my email software the other. It was overwhelming and inefficient. So, I created this Client Hubโa centralized system that connects all the dots, making it easy to manage and review all my business information in one place.

Always have an up-to-date view of your lifetime value for any client in your business, sorted from highest to lowest.
Which Clients haven't booked in the last Year?
You can always track your lead or sales data separately inside your CRM or email marketing program, but link these and you can get the BIG picture in your business.
Which opt-in is bringing in more sales?
Is one of your freebies leading to higher sales? Or perhaps faster sales? Perhaps it is time to double-down on your best-performing freebie or eliminate one that isn't leading to sales!
Which opt-in has the Slowest conversion rate?
How long does it take a potential customer to purchase after downloading a resource? If one group takes twice as long as another, it might be time to adjust your nurture strategy or tweak the resource itself.
Which Client has an anniversary this month?
By keeping track of important client dates, like birthdays and anniversaries, you can automatically notify yourself to send a card, text, or gift on their special day.
Are you meeting your leads/sales goals?
Need to know if you are hitting your opt-in and sales goals? You can do this with the click of a button by setting up views to filter and group your data to track your goals! BONUS: Send yourself a notification when you hit your goals ๐๐๐

Frequently Asked Questions
Don't see your question? Ask below!
01
Yes. This is about centralizing ALL your client data outside of your CRM. Particularly if you have client data in applications other than your CRM, like your email marketing platform. This is also especially helpful if you sell products or services in multiple tools/applications.
02
Nope. As long as your CRM/Shop software has an integration with Zapier, we can pull your sales data into your new client hub in Airtable in real time.
03
I have made this as plug-n-play as possible. There are short, step-by-step videos as well as Zapier templates to click + copy and then connect your applications. You CAN do it!
04
There are limitations to what you can do inside a spreadsheet. If you are currently adding all your client data into a few spreadsheets, you might be able to consolidate those into one Airtable hub and aggregate that data easier. But also, if you are happy with your spreadsheet and it is working for your business, don't jump on the Airtable train just yet!
05
You cannot zap existing sales & lead data into your client hub, but you can export the data from most platforms. I have a few how-to videos to show you how to export that data and import the data into the client hub from a csv file!
