Do you guys remember before CRMs existed and you created, you know, like a pricing PDF in like Photoshop and you emailed it to them and you waited?
And then if they said, oh, I would like to book collection B, then you went and you made an invoice for collection B and you sent that in PayPal or whatever, along with a contract for them to sign.
And then that was the booking process.
Guys, every time you pause, every time they are unable to complete the process without a next step from you, you are creating one more opportunity for them to walk away from the process. So this proposal process (or quote process) is so important because it’s seamless.
