Done in a Day Review – Creating VIP Days

Are you interested in creating VIP Days in your business?

After the Done in a Day Virtual Conference in September 2021, I decided to invest in the six-month program.  It was the biggest chunk of change I had invested in my business, but I figured I only had to book 2 clients I wouldn’t have otherwise booked to get my initial ROI. 

I came into the program with a Dubsado VIP Day I was currently selling at $2100. My goal for the program was to refine my processes and potentially setup a referral partner program to help market my services with other business owners who served the same clients.

By the end of my time in the program I created a framework for my service, doubled the price, and began the process of co-marketing with other business owners with an informal referral program. **I have written it down to get it formalized by the end of this year***

My favorite part of the program were the coaching calls. Every Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday I marked the time off on my calendar to get the most out of my time. Many calls turned into mastermind calls where the group were helping each other beyond the input from coaches, which was AMAZING.  In fact, I missed the calls so much a fellow alumni and myself formed our own mini-Mastermind to fill the gap when we graduated from the program ?

Speaking of people, my second favorite part of the program was being around such a diverse group of women business owners.  Quite often in these group programs I am the only person of color, but Jordan attracts a phenomenal group of business owners filled with WOC.
