Airtable for Group Programs
I am going to tell you a little secret… I might actually be more obsessed with Airtable than Dubsado at the moment and I blame Ashley of Do the Damn Thing.
Don’t get me wrong… I love Dubsado and my Dubsado VIP Days for 1:1 service providers aren’t going anywhere, but I LOVE all the data available at your fingertips inside of Airtable.
When I joined Systems Over Stress (aff link) I just wanted to create a support ticketing system for my VIP Day clients so that I could manage and track client requests during their 30-day support period. I have a love-hate relationship with my inbox, so anything in there may or may not be lost in the abyss. Which honestly add a LOT of stress in my life at the prospect of losing client emails in there. Enter Airtable ?
I can now keep track of all my client questions, my responses to them, how long it took me to respond, how many questions each client is asking, how long it has been since they asked a question, which topics are getting the most questions… and SO MUCH MORE.

This is the perfect time to talk about how helpful her program was in creating an automated onboarding process for my course, CRM Blueprint, and what I plan to implement in the near future.
End of Module Feedback forms have been the most amazing addition to my course this year for me. With Airtable’s conditional logic, I have been able to create one form that modifies itself depending on choices the student makes. In addition to the typical “tell me what you loved or what you found confusing”, I am able to ask specific questions about the module they are providing feedback on and ask them to share what they created. This is useful data to make course revisions, collect testimonials, get student examples, and determine the average time it take a student to go through a course. WOOHOO ?
One of the first hubs Ashley has you setup is your sales hub. This gives you valuable financial information on your sales so you project your cash flow of expected payment plans + look at your sales to answer questions about what leads/marketing are working best and sales data by quarter/product.
