I recently implemented new Airtable feedback forms after each module where students could tell me any feedback they had or anything they felt confused about. What I didn’t realize was this allowed me to track how quickly a student was progressing through the material. A recent student Lena went through the 4 main modules, plus a few extra resource lessons in module 5, in less than 8 hours. I reached out to schedule a chat to talk about her thoughts on Dubsado + CRM Blueprint.

Lena: [Dubsado] just works a little bit differently than other CRMs. So it was a little bit confusing to get into, but it’s like one of the best CRMs out there because you can do everything within it and you don’t need to buy extras. Like the main thing I was missing in most other ones was the scheduler for mini-sessions and phone calls. So I really wanted that to all be in one place so that I could go to one place and find it all.
Colie: Yeah. So centralized was very important for you. I will say I love having all of the information in one place, but what makes it most useful to have the scheduler inside Dubsado?
Lena: It’s what you can do after. So after someone’s schedules a mini session, you can run as many workflows off of that as you want to. You can send all of the reminder emails and you’re not going to like a separate scheduler just to schedule them. And then coming back to Dubsado to kind of do like those nurturing type emails between when they book and their mini-session [date].
And then when the mini session actually takes place it’s nice, because I can set it up like there terms and conditions and then the whole workflow. I don’t have to do anything anywhere else or import anything, none of that. It’s just all right there, super easy. And I don’t have to pay for anything separate like Calendly or Use Session. It all looks good and I can embed it [directly] on my website.
So it’s very professional.
In the same interview, Lena said this about the CRM Blueprint course, “I loved all the step by steps and the videos. I loved how you could like click the button and it would import like the forms for you. So I didn’t have to waste any time [creating them]. You can also duplicate it, customize it, change it, whatever. So it’s so easy, cuz customizing is a big thing that kind of will slow me down. But since I could get through all that, then it’s really easy to just go back in now that it’s all done and set it up exactly how I want it.”
